Recommendation Letter from Woodlawn Plantation

Our crew at Randal’s Masonry Restoration was honored to work on the historic Woodlawn Plantation of Alexandria, Va and pleased to have received the attached letter:  Letter from Woodlawn Plantation

September 26, 2015

To Whom It May Concern:

During the spring and summer of 2015, I had the pleasure of working with Randal Rowzie and his crew on three projects at Woodlawn Historic House in Alexandria, a property of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The projects ranged from the reconstruction of a small staircase, to a complete restoration of an historic garden path and supporting wall. The projects were all very successful.

Randal and his crew took the time to discuss the projects with me and my leadership, kept a safe and clean work environment, cleaned-up well after the projects, were always kind and courteous to our visitors, and delivered a superior product. Equally important, he submitted comprehensive proposals, was responsive to our repeated requests, submitted invoices and change orders as requested, and offered competitive pricing.  They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to contract their services again.

At the National Trust for Historic Preservation, we are very particular when vetting and selecting our tradesmen.  When we find a crew we appreciate and respect we will continue to utilized their services, Randal’s Restoration Masonry is no exception.  I highly recommend Randal and his crew for your masonry projects.
