To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express our satisfaction with the work currently being performed on our circa 1840’s home on Duke St. by Randal’s Masonry. During the process of extensive restoration of the brick work and roof, he and his crew have been prompt, reliable and [have shown] unfailing respect of our property and the property of our neighbors.

Randal has demonstrated himself to be a resourceful problem solver and thorough craftsman. His attention to detail revealed serious structural flaws and age-related deterioration that could have easily gone undetected. He has taken care to keep us regularly apprised of the project’s progress, explain his restoration strategies, and has kept accurate and detailed records of all work performed for billing purposes. Randal has also proven to be adept at working with the city and navigating the unique challenges inherent in undertaking a project of this scope in Old Town.
